Barber Academic Program
For Aspiring Professional Barbers or Stylists
Enrolling in Lil Lou’s Beauty and Barber College can give you a competitive edge. We are recognized by the Indiana State Institution and accredited by NACCAS. Our barber academic program and curriculum are designed to teach barbering skills as well as provide you with the knowledge they need to maintain a successful business. We have a staff of educated, highly trained instructors. Our hands-on teaching approach and practical exercises will prepare students to handle industry changes and customer demands. We offer you an opportunity for exposure to modern products and styling techniques and to become a licensed barber or stylist.

Financial Aid Options for Our Programs
Pell Grant
This federal program provides non-repayable grants to students based upon an analysis of their family's needs. Pell grant eligibility is determined by a standard formula and a federal need analysis. This is an annual award, and applications must be submitted each year.
Federal Direct Loan
The William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan Program offers low-interest educational loans that must be paid back. The funding for these loans comes directly from the federal government. Our institution offers Federal Direct Subsidized Loans and Federal Direct Unsubsidized Loans.
